I don’t pretend to have deep knowledge of Shakespeare nor could I argue William’s intentend message to his Elizabethan audience. The most obvious modern age meaning resonates within me. Be honest with yourself, your partner, your friends, family, and in your professional life. Do the right thing, even if it’s unpopular. Win or lose you can walk with your head high and carry a sound heart.

Personal guiding thought

This journey is fraught with twists and turns, ups and downs, highs and lows. Life’s lessons have taught me persistence, compassion and a good sense of humor can take you far. Find all the joy you can in the everyday. Live in the moment and work for the future. Communicate openly and with devotion in all aspects of your life while demonstrating the honesty of your intentions. Leadership is about trust and trust is earned. Show up ready to play.
